Use the form field below to search for documents in the Para eLink containing specific words or combinations of words. The text search engine will display a list of matching documents, with better matches shown first. Each list item is a link to a matching document; if the document has a title it will be shown, otherwise only the document's file name is displayed. A brief explanation of the query language is available, along with examples.

Query Language

The text search engine allows you to find specific words or phrases in the Para eLink by using the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses.

Search Phrase	Results Returned
`parent concerns`	a list of the pages containing EITHER one of these words
`parent or concerns`	also return results containing EITHER one of these words
`parent and concerns`	a list of the pages where BOTH words appear, but not in any particular order
`parent not concerns`	a list of the pages that contain the first word, `parent`, and not the second word, `concerns` In other words, the results are restricted so that some pages containing the word `parent` DO NOT show up in the search results if the page also contains the word `concerns`.
`(parent not concerns) and student`	a list of pages containing `parent` plus `student`, but NOT `concerns`
*`parent`**	a list of pages containing words starting with `parent`, for example, parents, parental, or parenting
